Mascara is a tricky thing to go about. There is no right or wrong answer, but there are some things that you should know before you even try it.
Here are a few things that I know about mascara and what to do when using it.
First of all, it is important that you only use mascara that is already put on.
Trying to pump it will cause smudges and an uneven application.
It also may clog your pores, which can lead to acne breakouts.
So make sure that you have it already on when you decide to use mascara.
You need to know how much you are pumping
I do not recommend you go up to a medium pump.
This is close to a full pump, which just dries out the mascara.
So don’t go too far, just get it to where you can still see the color.
You should also be using your mascara wand to apply your mascara.
That is what brings the color to your eye.
If you were just using your finger or the liner as a guide, then you would be applying it with your wand.
It just takes a few seconds longer.
Always take the time to blink
Another thing I know about mascara is how to give yourself time to blink.
Think about how your lashes will appear after you’ve finished applying it.
There should be no streaks.
The mascara should stay on your lashes for a while
It does not take much time, a good blinking means the mascara is working.
Then you can just gently separate the mascara from your lashes.
When you re-apply your mascara you should only use a single coat.
Don’t reapply for at least 60 seconds
This gives your lashes enough time to “cool down.” You will have better results if you don’t reapply the mascara for at least one to two minutes.
A few weeks ago I noticed that my lashes were dark, and they looked like I was wearing shades of black.
This is when I decided I should probably pump my mascara.
I was pretty desperate because I was running out of time to apply my new mascara.
But it turned out that I did not need to pump my mascara, but I just lightly massaged my lashes with my finger tips.
Apply the mascara gently
I applied the mascara wand as lightly as I could.
After a few seconds I just gently rubbed my fingers over my lashes and they were bright and beautiful again.
That was my case.
Now don’t get me wrong.
I do not want to spend my time and money on a product that is not going to work.
I just know which products are best for my lashes.
If you are having problems with your mascara then ask yourself if you are applying it every 5 seconds or if you just lightly rubbing it into your lashes.
Use the right fingers for better results
If you find that your lashes are heavy and clumpy and you are using more than three mascaras then you may want to try just using your middle and ring finger.
This will help give your lashes a bit of volume.
You also don’t want to use your index and middle finger.
Your ring finger is for when you are typing on your computer and your pointer is for writing.
So now you know why you should never pump your mascara.
You can also ask a friend if they know if your mascara is too strong.
The other option is to consult with a doctor or a dermatologist
They will be able to answer your question, “What should you pump?” and you will not have to worry about what they think.
Another question is if it is a good idea to use a water-based mascara.
Believe it or not but there are some people that have really bad eyes.
It has been determined that water-based mascara is the best option for them because it doesn’t irritate their eyes.
There is also a new line of makeup by Revlon that has been found to reduce the occurrence of breakouts for people who suffer from this problem.
How to take your mascara off properly
Last but not least, when you get ready to take your mascara off you want to remove any clumps and not to rub your lashes.
I find that rubbing my mascara into my lashes does make my eyelashes stick together.
That is something that I do not want.
I want to remove my mascara with ease.
It is a good thing that there is an easy way to remove it.
What is the correct way to apply mascara?
Mascara is a cosmetic that is used to thicken and lengthen the lashes.
It is mostly used on the upper and lower lashes as well as on the bottom lashes for a better look.
It does not clump with any other lashes and it does not run down your face.
The purpose of applying mascara is to make your lashes appear longer and thicker.
For the correct application of mascara, you will need a clean cotton or eye cloth, a good mascara brush, and lashes that you want to use.
You can use a small amount of mascara on your eyelashes in order to test for clumping.
If you find clumps, you do not want to use that particular type anymore.
Consider purchasing a new brush
When you are ready to begin applying, you will want to make sure that your eyelashes are clean.
Start at the bottom and work your way up.
Brush your lashes gently in a circular motion.
You will want to use light strokes so that the product will stay on your eyelashes.
The second most important question that someone may ask about what is the correct way to apply mascara is how long it should last.
In general, mascara will last between one and four hours
To get the best result, you will want to choose products that are water based instead of oil based.
This will make the mascara last even longer.
You will also want to avoid mascara that contains alcohol.
Alcohol will dry out the skin, which is one of the main causes of running out of mascara.
If you are going to reapply the mascara, it is best if you wash your face and then lightly mist your eye with some water-based makeup remover to remove any traces of the remover.
You may want to use baby powder to further prevent the remover from drying out your eye.
What type of lashes are ideal for your mascara?
The third question that people most often ask about what is the correct way to use mascara is what type of lashes to use.
There are three basic types: Wet, Dry, and Cream.
Wet mascaras are generally used when you do not want your eye lashes to look heavy.
The dry mascaras are used when you want more of a natural look.
To apply wet mascara, you will want to take a cotton swab and place it along the length of your eye from the base of the lashes to the end.
You can use a mascara brush to apply the mascara to your eyelashes
To apply dry mascara, you will want to take an old eyelash brush and wrap it around your eye from underneath the lashes to about half-way out.
Mascara tips can be found throughout the books, magazines, and online at many different locations.
Some of them are even posted right on the Internet so you may want to search for them using any of the major search engines.
Remember, as long as it works properly, it does not matter which type of mascara you use, as long as you are satisfied with the result.
