10 Tips on How to Get Clear Skin in a Week

A pleasing appearance is important this time is an addition to a good personality and a good heart. The first thing to see was the outside appearance before the inner being.

In this case, making your outside personality or physical being is a plus. Many people losing self-confidence and social relations and interactions because of the undesirable skin problem; yes!

It is of course not funny and enjoyable. Make all efforts to maintain your skin clear and brilliant even not in an expensive way. Just often cleaning can help.

The most common skin problem of all ages, most especially to teenagers is acne. They pop and continue spreading even you did not want it to.

It is so irritating and will steal your self-confidence and even your beauty and clearness of the skin.

It may sometimes lead to bullying and even self-deprivation and later become distressed and anxiety; it may ruin life if it will not handle right.

Prevent it as much as you can, or cure it right away if it is happening before its too late and before it will ruin your life. There are some safety tips that you can try to make the skin clear gradually. Know and learn about it.

1 – Wash face with lukewarm water every morning

Washing the face is the best way to clean it and diminish bad germs and dirt that causes acne. Washing the face with lukewarm water makes the pores and diminishes unwanted dirt in it and easily flushed it out.

Soak the face towel in hot water and let it cool a little bit and test if your skin can handle its temperature then gently tap it to the surface of your face. Make sure that it is not so hot because it is dangerous to your skin.

2 – Do your own sugar-based for exfoliation

You can try this homemade sugar-free exfoliation with ingredients that are available in your kitchen. You need 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of water.

Mix two tablespoons of sugar to two tablespoons of water and stir. After it was fully mixed, add the other tablespoon of sugar and mix. Drain the excess water from the mixture.

Make your face wet, but not so wet; then apply the mixture to your face and scrub for one minute then rinse with water and gently dry your face with the face towel.

3 – Make your own toner using lemon

Lemon is best as a toner. Using the lemon, you can make your toner that is accessible in your kitchen. After washing the face, apply the juice of the lemon to your face.

Take a small amount of lemon in your hand or cotton and apply it to the surface of the face, just like applying toner.

Make sure it will not get contact with the eyes to prevent irritation. Do it for a few seconds. If you do not have a lemon, apple cider can be an alternative.

4 – Rubbing ice cubes

After those steps on top, finish it by rubbing ice cubes on your face. Ice cubes help the pores of your skin to close opposite to the lukewarm water can do.

It is important to rub ice cubes so the bacteria cannot enter. It will keep the skin clear. Using a cloth or a face towel, wrap the ice cube, and gently rub throughout the face.

5 – Apply white toothpaste

Applying white toothpaste to the face after washing the face before bed can help to maintain the clear skin.

Apply toothpaste to the affected area of acne on the face or even the whole surface and leave it overnight for better results.

After rising from the bed, wash your face right away. Look at the mirror and you will see the difference.

6 – Oatmeal facemask

You can also apply an oatmeal facemask. Cook the oatmeal; set aside and let it cool. Add lemon and egg to the oatmeal and apply it to the entire surface of the face as a facemask.

The oatmeal has antioxidants that can help the skin from swelling. While the lemon helps kill the bad bacteria that cause acne and vitamin E from the egg will help tighten the skin.

7 – Honey

Also, you can be able to use honey as a moisturizer. Honey is natural and can be suitable for sensitive skin; it is non-irritating.

Honey is the best natural moisturizer to your face. It will help your skin become soft, brilliant, and clear.

8 – Do not pick and pop pimples

Whatever will happen, do not pick or pop pimples. I know that acne is so irritating and we cannot prevent or resist our self to pick or pop it; this is not applicable.

Picking or popping pimple can leave scars in your skin that you will regret later. Furthermore, this can lead to infections.

So, again, whatever will happen even how irritating it is, prevent picking or popping pimples.

9 – Repeat the process

Make it your daily habit of face cleaning and you will achieve the clear skin you desire. Cleaning face and making it clear and brilliant is one way of taking care of your being. Loving yourself is important.

Make cleaning of skin a habit so it will become part of your life and no one benefits it except you.

10 – Check your progress

Compare the situation of your skin from day one. You can see the difference that will make you gain the self-confidence that the acne was stealing you. You can also take photos from day one and every day for the comparison.

If nothing changes or it becomes worst, then it is the time to consult professionals to guide you on the right and proper medication.
